According to “Unity”, this was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk during his working trip to Kharkov.
“We are launching a new initiative, which is that internally displaced persons as a result of the Russian aggression have lost homes, jobs, possessions — can be served on the Russian Federation to the European court of human rights or a national court and claim damages caused to Russia in relation to every family, to every citizen,” — said the head of government.
According to the Department of information and communication of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers, today the biggest problems in Ukraine face the first internally displaced persons: these are registered more than 1.3 million people.
During his visit to Kharkiv, the Prime Minister visited the local centre for providing free secondary legal aid, where it starts a pilot project for assistance to temporarily displaced persons.
These centers also will provide assistance to citizens in obtaining documents for subsidies.
